At Rusticozy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Non-Customized Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.
